 Labor-Only Appointments

If you select Labor Only, you’re supplying the correct, vehicle-specific parts at the appointment.

  • Please make sure your parts match your vehicle’s year, make, model, and engine.

  • Incorrect or missing parts may require rescheduling and a second visit fee.

  • Labor pricing covers installation and standard shop supplies (rags, sealants, cleaners).

We don’t mark up what you bring — we just make sure it’s installed the right way.

Parts & Labor Appointments

If you choose Parts & Labor, we’ll handle the sourcing, delivery, and installation of quality, vehicle-matched parts.

  • We use OEM or equivalent-grade components from trusted suppliers.

  • Appointment times may shift based on part availability or delivery delays.

  • You’ll receive a separate parts invoice once your vehicle details are verified.

  • That invoice must be paid in full before your tech arrives.

  • The remaining balance for labor is due upon arrival or job completion.

Your parts invoice includes manufacturer warranties, and our labor is backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee.

Scheduling & Confirmation

Appointments are reviewed before confirmation. If parts need to be ordered, your appointment may be adjusted to align with delivery times.
Once an appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or text with your estimated service window and details.

Deposits & Cancellations

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to hold your time slot.

  • You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment without additional fees.

  • You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Missed, late, or same-day changes forfeit the deposit.

Deposits protect your reserved time and prep work — they aren’t a penalty, just fairness for both sides.

Warranty & Responsibility

If you bring your own parts, you’re responsible for the quality and fitment.
When we provide parts, they come covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and our labor is guaranteed for 30 days.

Honesty & Precision

We don’t believe in surprises or upsells. What’s quoted is what’s done.
If a job reveals something unexpected, we’ll explain it first — no pressure, no gimmicks, no dressing.
