Deposits & Booking
Every appointment requires a $40 deposit to secure your time slot.
That deposit covers prep, travel, and scheduling.

The $40 deposit is non-refundable, especially for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit can be credited toward a future service within 30 days.
Cancellations
We understand plans change — just let us know as soon as possible.

24+ Hours Notice: No fee; deposit may roll over to your next booking.

Less Than 24 Hours: The $40 deposit is forfeited.

No-Show or Unavailable Vehicle: The deposit is non-refundable and serves as the mobile service fee.
Refunds & Workmanship
Our goal is to get it right the first time. If something isn’t, we’ll make it right.

If a verified issue comes directly from our labor, we’ll inspect and correct it at no charge.

If it can’t be corrected, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the situation.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
