Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SaladTorquedIt, we respect time — yours and ours. Deposits hold your spot, and our commitment holds our name. Simple. Honest. Done right. 

Deposits & Booking

Every appointment requires a $40 deposit to secure your time slot.
That deposit covers prep, travel, and scheduling.

  • The $40 deposit is non-refundable, especially for same-day cancellations or no-shows. 

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit can be credited toward a future service within 30 days.

Cancellations

We understand plans change — just let us know as soon as possible.

  • 24+ Hours Notice: No fee; deposit may roll over to your next booking.

  • Less Than 24 Hours: The $40 deposit is forfeited.

  • No-Show or Unavailable Vehicle: The deposit is non-refundable and serves as the mobile service fee.

Refunds & Workmanship

Our goal is to get it right the first time. If something isn’t, we’ll make it right.

  • If a verified issue comes directly from our labor, we’ll inspect and correct it at no charge.

  • If it can’t be corrected, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the situation.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • $40 deposit/booking fee

  • Diagnostic or inspection labor

  • Customer-requested parts

  • Travel or mobile service fees once dispatched

  • Payment processing fees

Disputes & Resolution

If something doesn’t feel right, reach out before filing any claim or

chargeback — we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally.
